If a cancellation is requested before dispatch (approximately 24 hours), we can process a full refund minus a 5% transaction fee. There will be no cancellation after dispatch. However, you may return the cakestand to our registered address and bear the 2-way courier charges to get a refund on the product cost (provided the product is returned in condition delivered).
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. In such an event, we will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.

Backdrops are water proof and hence can be cleaned with a light moist cloth. Dried and stored in case of food or dirt spills suggested to wipe immediately with a wet cloth to remove stains.

Ideally all backdrops should be stored in the paper tube they are delivered in.
